About us

Established in 2011, ISS Consulting provides specialist structural and civil engineering services across the domestic, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. Our team combines technical expertise with practical experience to deliver efficient, buildable, and cost-effective engineering solutions. 

   Our success is built on technical excellence, proactive collaboration, and a clear understanding of our clients’ objectives. We combine the rigour of engineering design with a practical appreciation of construction, ensuring that every solution is both technically sound and deliverable on site.

Gertjan trained as a Civil Engineer in the Netherlands, where he began his career working on large-scale infrastructure projects including pipelines, bridges, rail, and highway schemes. This early experience provided a strong grounding in both structural and civil engineering principles, as well as project delivery on complex, multidiscip


Gertjan trained as a Civil Engineer in the Netherlands, where he began his career working on large-scale infrastructure projects including pipelines, bridges, rail, and highway schemes. This early experience provided a strong grounding in both structural and civil engineering principles, as well as project delivery on complex, multidisciplinary works.

In early 2014, he relocated to the United Kingdom, where he has since gained extensive experience across a wide range of sectors including highways, bridges, rail (notably HS2 and Network Rail projects), residential and commercial developments, and project controls. Over the course of his career, Gertjan has held roles as both an engineer and a design manager, working on behalf of contractors and consultancies alike. This has given him a comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle — from concept design and technical delivery through to construction support and stakeholder coordination.

Mohan CG trained as a Civil Engineer in India and worked on residential and commercial building projects as a site engineer. He moved to the UK in 2023 to complete his MSc in Advanced Structural Engineering, gaining experience in structural analysis, sustainable design, housing extensions, portal frames and commercial developments. He moved to the UK in 2023 to complete his MSc in Advanced Structural Engineering, gaining experience in structural analysis, sustainable design, housing extensions, portal frames and commercial developments. He currently works as a Graduate Structural Engineer, developing his technical skills across design, modelling and project delivery
